What's actually changing?+
The approved provider of this childcare service in Flagstone is changing. From Tuesday 25 August 2026, the centre will be operated by Educating Kids Early Learning. The building, the children and the community don't change.
Will my role continue under Educating Kids?+
EK is actively seeking to retain as many existing educators as possible. We'll arrange confidential conversations with interested team members to talk through roles, rooms, days and conditions before opening day.
How is this different to a normal job application?+
This is a transition pathway, not a cold application. You already know the children, the families and the centre. The form below is an expression of interest that goes straight to the EK people leading the transition.
What about pay and conditions?+
Educating Kids pays in line with the Children's Services Award (or above, depending on role and experience) and offers the entitlements you'd expect from a values-led provider. We'll cover specifics individually in your confidential conversation.
When will I hear back?+
We aim to respond to every expression of interest within 5 business days. Priority is given to early submissions so we can finalise rooms and rosters ahead of 25 August 2026.
Is this confidential?+
Yes. Your expression of interest is only seen by the Educating Kids people leading the Flagstone transition. We'll never contact your current employer without your permission.
