The best way to choose a centre is to come and say hi. Meet the Centre Director, see the rooms, watch the children at play, and ask us anything. Tours take about 30 minutes.

Heads up: when you're ready to enrol we'll ask for things like a birth certificate, immunisation history and your CCS details. Full list in the panel beside this form, no need to bring anything to the tour.

Your details go straight to the Centre Director at your chosen centre. We don't share them with anyone outside of Educating Kids.

What happens next

Your Centre Director calls or emails within one business day.
We know you're busy so we can be flexible with time, but if you want to see the centre in full swing mornings are usually best.
Take the tour, meet the team, ask anything. No pressure.
If it feels right, we walk you through enrolment from there.

What you'll need at enrolment

Nothing needed for the tour. This is just so you can start gathering it, and we'll walk you through every step afterwards.

Your child's birth certificate
Immunisation History Statement from Medicare (AIR), required under QLD "No Jab, No Play"
Your child's Medicare card number
CRN (Customer Reference Number) for parent and child, needed to claim Child Care Subsidy
Any court orders or parenting plans currently in place
Medical management plans for asthma, allergies or anaphylaxis (signed by your GP)
Emergency contacts and authorised collectors
Any cultural, dietary or language needs we should know about
