"Mud, leaves, puddles, sticks. That's where the real learning happens."

I've been doing this for fifteen years and I still learn something from the children every week. They notice things adults have stopped noticing: a beetle, a shadow, the way a leaf spins.

Mt Low is built around that curiosity. We get outside, we get our hands dirty, and we let kids be kids.

I love this job because it matters. The first five years shape everything that comes after, and every child who walks through our door gets my full attention.

About my team

I look for educators who get muddy with the kids, who notice the quiet child, who laugh easily. Skills can be built; that instinct cannot.

Our team love coming to work, and the children feel it. That's the reassurance I want families to leave with: their child is with adults who genuinely want to be here.
